After a lot of research into the dun gene, I realized that most of my herd wasn't dun. LT and her offspring were the only dun horses in my herd. I've now sold LT and only have her daughter Amber from that dun line. I decided to look for some more true dun horses to add to my herd. I ended up purchasing two young mares out of a true grulla dam, Willow and Cameo. Willow has been DNA tested and is homozygous for black and carries no agouti or cream gene. Her lighter coat color is due to her dun gene. No need to test her for the dun gene, as she has the leg barring, dorsal stripe and lighter body color of a true dun. A wonderful addition to my herd. Willow gave birth to a gorgeous bay roan filly in March of 2017. She gave birth to a bay dun colt in 2019. Willow was left open for 2020 but had a stunning bay filly by Inwhizable in 2021. Plans are to breed Willow for a 2026 foal.

She has been intentionally left open for 2023. In 2024, Dream gave me a stunning perlino filly out of Tanner. I absolutely love what she's producing!

I'm so happy with what he's producing that I plan to breed him heavily in 2024. I'm currently showing Diamond in 2024.

	Official Name: JRM Whizkey Girl  Birthday: March 16, 2023  Sire: Thistle Fields Inwhizable  Dam: Raising Thunder Domino Star  Height: 30"  Registration: A 244159 / DNA Tested  Color DNA Results: nd1/nd1 E/e This colorful girl is out of Domino, a new mare that I added in 2021. Domino goes back to the Lucky Four line. Whizkey looked like a bay dun at birth but has changed to a black or grulla coloring. I don't believe that she's a true dun but her dam's papers say that she's a dun. She would have to be color DNA'd, to be sure. The "Whiz" line tends to throw a lot of counter-shading, but it's unusual to change from bay to black! She has prominent shoulder and dorsal stripes as well. Whizkey has a wonderful tail flagging trot.

She is a granddaughter of First Knights Billy Idol and a great granddaughter of Champion Farms Nighthawk. Last, but not least, she is a granddaughter of Devarys Spirit of Whiz. Firefly is so straight, tiny and wonderfully colored.

Her sire is a palomino leopard appy, but CoCo was DNA'd and found to be negative for the appaloosa genes. She is a gorgeous buttermilk buckskin. Since I lost two Little King mares in 2019, due to a coronavirus outbreak, I've decided to retain CoCo. CoCo has a stunning tail-flagging trot. I just love this girl. CoCo, bred to Redi, produced a stunning palomino filly with a tail flagging trot in 2023.

She has wonderful movement in a compact refined body. Both parents are homozygous for black so Fancy is as well. She may also be homozygous for agouti, but hasn't been tested yet. Fancy has awesome tail flagging movement. Main picture above does not do her justice. I hope to get great pictures and a video of her in the future. Fancy had a stunningly tiny bay pinto filly in 2021. Fancy, bred to Redi, produced a silver bay roan colt in 2023.

"Bay B" is a Bond AToy4UC great granddaughter and a Sheep Meadow Whiz granddaughter. Bay B is out of one of my favorite mares and my favorite stallion. She's a keeper! Lower pictures were taken at 1 day old, while she was still trying to figure out her long legs :) Main picture was taken as a yearling at the Spanaway show. Bay B had a solid bay filly, bred to Spider, in April of 2017. Bay B had a stunning sorrel pinto colt from Scott Creek's "Monarch" in 2019. Bay B and Keeper had a gorgeous bay pinto filly in 2021.

She is a blue roan appaloosa that's super refined and straight. Hard to see spots on her but she has the mottling and striped hooves of an appy. Missy is a very welcome addition to my herd of broodmares. Missy lost her palomino filly in 2018. Missy and My T had a refined appy colt in 2022. Missy had a black appy colt in 2023 crossed with Heartbreaker.

Her dam, LT, is now sold so I'll retain this filly to keep the bloodlines in my herd. DNA color results are back! Amber is Aa (agouti) nn (no cream) Dd (Dun), which means she is a bay or brown dun. She didn't get her mom's cream or tobiano gene but what a beauty. Amber and My T had a cute sorrel pinto colt in 2022.

She has been DNA tested and is homozygous for black and carries one agouti gene. That makes Libby a black bay pinto. Libby is out of Columbia Top Flight, making her a granddaughter of National Champion Liberty winner Hidden Meadows Mighty Titan. Libby has had two stunning foals with Lil Whiz. Pictured above are her 2016 bay roan filly and her 2018 bay roan colt. I bred Libby to Larry, for a 2019 foal, but she aborted the filly a good 2-3 months early. She had a stunning blue-eyed black pinto colt by Larry in 2021. Libby and Larry had a very refined black colt in 2022. Libby, bred to Tanner, had a black pinto filly in 2023. Left open for 2024 by design. Libby is being bred to Keeper for a 2025 foal.

She has really nice movement. Frost gave birth to a very refined and tiny silver filly April 2, 2021. Frost had a stunning silver buckskin filly crossed with Inwhizable in 2023. Sadly, the filly had to be put down when 6 weeks old. Frost was bred back to Tanner, for a 2024 foal, but miscarried the colt in November of 2023. She is bred to Keeper for an early 2025 foal.
